APS → DCE_COORD, design of the poolhouse for La Reserve, a high-end guesthouse located in Giverny.

The challenge consisted in imagining a building that serves its purpose and harmoniously fits into the exceptional natural surroundings of the Normandy countryside. A filling operation was necessary to flatten and set the correct ground level. Foundation work, slab pouring, and excavation carried out for the pool area. The project required integrating an outdoor shower, a storage area for the guesthouse’s needs, as well as two changing rooms.
